Prescription Refills
We are more than happy to refill your prescriptions online. If you have not been seen recently be aware that you may need to be seen first. If you are experiencing a problem please call the office to speak to a triage nurse. Please note that prescription requests recieved online will only be processed between 9am and 4pm Monday through Friday. Any requests made outside of this time will be processed the next working day. If you are in need of more immediate assistance with your prescription, please call the office during normal hours with your request and pharmacy number. Have your pharmacy number readily available when you call.
Appointment Request
Appointments are scheduled Monday through Thursday beginning at 9am and Fridays starting at 10am. Each doctor has late appointments on specific days to best accommodate our patients.
Appointments can be made for either office by calling (314) 849-3500 or filling out an appointment request form on this page. Keep in mind when you request an appointment online, your appointment is not finalized until you hear confirmation from our office. Seeing you on schedule is our goal, but there are times when emergencies and deliveries may cause interruptions. Your understanding is appreciated.
If you must change an appointment, please let us know as early as possible so that we may offer the open time to another patient. During office hours, you can depend on the phone triage nurse to help you with urgent problems. She will pass on information to the doctors who will return your calls as soon as they can - keep in mind this may be after office hours are finished. Please be patient - all urgent calls will be responded to by the end of the day.
After hours, the exchange (314) 364-5424 will take your information and direct it to the physician on call. Keep in mind that the after hours exchange is for emergency problems only. Routine requests like prescription refills must be made during normal business hours.
If you are a new patient to us please plan to arrive at least 15 minutes early. To save time you may choose to utilize the New Patient Forms on our website and fill them out prior to your arrival.
Please plan to bring your insurance card(s) with you. We accept most insurance - please verify with our staff when you make your appointment. Payment is expected at the time of service. Please note that at this time we are NOT set up to take your payment by credit or debit card. Please plan accordingly.
